1941 - 1953 Ulster John F. Wadlin Republican Lloyd Previously served as supervisor of the Town of Lloyd. As assemblymember, he sponsored the Condon-Wadlin Act of 1947, which required any striking state employees to be immediately fired. In 1967, this law was replaced by the "Taylor Law".
